You’re an experienced digital agency account manager who loves bridging the gap between clients and creatives. You’re an expert in technical writing for websites and marketing proposals, statements of work, and project estimates. On top of all that, you stay up to speed on the latest best practices around CMS systems, websites, and digital marketing strategies. You’re also motivated to help sell those solutions to prospective new clients.
You’re ready to collaborate with some of the top names in Silicon Valley on a daily basis, and you’ve got plenty of ideas to make their companies even stronger… but you’re also ready to help manage a brand new startup towards its first million in sales. You have a particular knack for working with SaaS and B2B clients, and in helping companies of any size to scale up quickly, yet sustainably.

What you'll do:
Develop strong, lasting relationships with key clients
Understand the SAAS business model to effectively drive strategy for our clients and identify new opportunities for Redstamp to help out
Build and present proposals, SOWs, and other project documentation as required.
Advocate for the client within the production team

Your chief responsibility will be managing the relationships between clients and Redstamp, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget, and looking for new business opportunities with both new and current clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years’ experience in account management for a digital agency
Demonstrable strategy around CMS systems, websites, and digital marketing
Understanding of technical writing for websites, marketing proposals, SOW's, and estimates
Strong knowledge in building budgets and tracking expenses
Able to manage many tasks at once with strong leadership and presentation skills
Good business sense
Strong communication & networking skillset
Proven track record in growing accounts and revenue
Experience in sales and/or marketing
