Redstamp, a digital agency that works with SaaS and tech companies, is on the hunt for a new Senior Marketing Strategist. 

This is a unique role within a special organization, one that will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to experiment at scale and shape the direction of one of North America’s fastest-growing digital agencies. 


Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join Redstamp as the most senior marketing figure in the company. Reporting directly to the CEO you will spend your days crafting strategy for (mostly) SaaS/Tech companies on key things like:

  • Content Strategy (full spectrum video, written, social and distribution)
  • Persona Development
  • Branding Strategy
  • Automation (Hubspot + Others)
  • Video Strategy
  • Internal Redstamp brand marketing

Operating out of our sparkling new HQ in Port Moody, you will be part of a hungry team of five full-time marketers tasked with helping some of the world’s leading tech and SaaS companies scale their operations. Please note we're working remotely due to COVID-19.

This role is equal parts inspiration and execution, an opportunity for the right person to flex their creative muscles while shaping the marketing landscape for Redstamp and our clients. 



We’re looking to bring in a ringer, someone on a superstar trajectory who has a track record of success in the b2b/SaaS space and a passion for working with the companies within it. In order to service our clients and fit in with our team of functional perfectionists, we’re looking for someone with a full arsenal of abilities. That someone should be entrepreneurial, experimentative, organized, and above all, adaptable.

Alongside exceptional time management, whipsmart writing, and impeccable communication skills, the right candidate will have a great vision to conceive holistic plans and how to bring them to life.

The most successful candidates will:

  • Have played in the b2b / SaaS space previously
  • Have worked as a freelancer or within an agency environment (it helps if you have felt the pain of an agency before, so you can understand what we are trying to build)
  • Have access to previous work and explain how you drove ROI/I

There’s also bonus points if you are:

  • Insanely good at writing for conversion
  • Data-driven
  • A wizard with words
  • Already sipping the Hubspot Koolaid and fully immersed into their product world
